How to report goods damage or total lost ?

Upon receipt of your parcel, if found damage or lost/empty in your parcel, you are to notify immediately any nearest Courier Service Center and and report to us in WhatsApp: +6019-9769930, failure to report with in 48 hours will automatically forfeit your right in compensation in insurance claim from us as sender and we will not accept any dispute thereafter.
